Independent software, built in Italy

A booking system maintained directly by its creator

Boris is an independent software product for spaces that need bookings, customers, payments and daily operations to work together.

Why Boris exists

Running a bookable space involves more than drawing events on a calendar. Capacity, payments, access, check-in and legal tasks all depend on the same reservation. Boris was built to keep that chain visible and manageable in one workspace.

Independent by design

Boris is developed and maintained in Italy by an independent professional. Product decisions, technical work and support stay close together, so feedback can reach the person building the system directly.

How the product is developed

  • Features are based on operational workflows, not invented marketing categories.
  • Changes are documented and tested against the booking lifecycle.
  • Security and privacy decisions favour collecting less data and keeping actions traceable.
  • Terminology adapts to the resource being managed: desk, room, studio, classroom or another bookable space.

Current stage

Boris is in beta. The product is being improved continuously while its first users and pilot spaces shape priorities with real feedback. Claims, customer logos and usage figures will only be published when they can be verified.
