Updated 23 August 2026

1. Provider

Boris is provided by an independent professional established in Italy. The configured professional and tax details shown on this page identify the service provider.

2. Service and beta status

Boris provides tools for bookings, resources, customers and related operations. During beta, features can change, be added or be withdrawn. Material changes affecting active users will be communicated when reasonably possible.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and use the service lawfully. Attempts to access other workspaces, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material or misuse personal data are prohibited.

4. Customer responsibilities

Each workspace owner remains responsible for its prices, availability, tax treatment, guest information, legal notices and compliance obligations. Boris supports operational execution but does not replace professional legal, accounting or tax advice.

5. Availability and liability

Reasonable care is used to operate and secure the service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed, particularly during beta. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct and foreseeable loss caused by a proven breach. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

6. Data, termination and changes

Workspace data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Users may stop using the service, and access may be suspended for security, unlawful use or serious breach. Updated terms will show a new revision date.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by Italian law, without limiting mandatory protections that apply to the user. Questions about these terms can be sent through the public contact page.
