Kisi doors that follow the booking, not a spreadsheet

When a booking is confirmed, Boris asks Kisi to grant access to the doors mapped to that resource, for the booked hours only. Cancel or move the booking and the grant follows it.

Integration status

Beta Built against the provider’s documented API and working end to end, but not yet validated in a live installation.

What it gives you

Kisi doors that follow the booking, not a spreadsheet

Access without a key handover

The customer receives an access link or QR that works only while the booking is valid.

Revoked automatically

A cancelled, shortened or unpaid booking loses its door access without anyone remembering to remove it.

Every grant is on the record

Grants, retries and revocations are logged per booking, so a door that did not open can be explained.

How to connect it

How to connect it

  1. 1

Add your Kisi API key in Integrations and let Boris read your doors.

  2. 2

Map each door to the resources it belongs to: a room, a floor, the entrance.

  3. 3

Confirm a booking and Boris provisions the grant for its exact window.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What happens if Kisi is unreachable?

The grant is queued and retried, and the failure is visible on the booking instead of being discovered at the door.

How mature is this integration?

It is built against the documented Kisi API and works end to end in simulation, but it has not yet been validated in a live installation. We would rather say so than surprise you at the door.
